The Company was promoted in 1950 by 2 experienced brothers namely Mr. S.N. Agarwal and Mr. R.N. Agarwal who were pioneers of Bicycle Trade-in India having more than 14 Outlets in various Cities. They foresaw the future of the Bicycle Industry and a Complete Bicycle Manufacturing Unit was set up in 1952 in Bodla Agra in a sprawling area of 9 Acres where the State of Art manufacturing facility was established under the supervision of Indian & Foreign Engineers. The Company also has an internal Laboratory to test Stage wise and final products as per IS & BS Specifications.
The Company commenced production in 1954 and was commissioned by the noted Freedom Fighter and then Chief Minister of State Mr. Govind Ballabh Pant. The Company not only sold its products in the whole of India but also in 29 Countries of the World and has the credit of supplying Bicycles to the Indian Armed Forces, Navy, and Air Force exclusively. It also won Tenders in International Market and supplied Bicycles to many Foreign Govt. directly. The Company earned Govt. Awards for Excellence in Export Business a number of times.
Presently, the Company is engaged in the manufacture of Special Model Bicycle for Children apart from usual Roadster Model in General and Sports variant.
The Company is presently being managed by Mr. V.B. Agarwal, Mr. Ravi Agarwal, and Mr. Vatsal Agarwal who all are well experienced in the Trade and widely traveled. The Company is progressing year by year owing to the tireless efforts of the Trio and the dedicated Staff Members.
In 1977 the Company entered into the direct Retail Business and opened its first retail showroom in the heart of Agra city in a large floor area of about 12000 sq ft and then a second Showroom at Bodla Bichpuri Road, Agra. Now in the year 2022 Company has commenced an online sale business and has included apart Bicycles of all sizes, designs, and makes, Fitness and Sports Equipment in the widest range, School Items for Nursery to Kindergarten, Nursery Baby Items such as Prams, Cradles, Tricycles, Walkers and other utility items, Manual and Battery Operated and Ride-on.
